Description
Le présent marché concerne la fourniture de denrées alimentaires conventionnelles, issues de l'agriculture biologique et/ou commercialisées en circuit court pour la Ville et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de la Ville de Sainte-Maxime. Cette consultation fait suite à une précédente consultation déclarée sans suite ou infructueuse en raison d'une part du dépassement du délai de validité des offres et d'autre part pour insuffisance de concurrence pour les lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 12 et 14. Les lots initiaux n°7 et 8 ont été regroupés.
