Montant HT minimum pour la durée totale du contrat : 40000.0 Euro(s) H.T.<br/><br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction.<br/>Le titulaire du marché est informé, que le Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), établissement support, du GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex passe le marché dans le cadre de sa compétence légale (art L 6132-2-5°a) du Code de la Santé Publique au bénéfice d'un des membres du GHT : le Centre Hospitalier Gabriel DEPLANTE (CHGD) de Rumilly.A ce titre, l'établissement support mène la procédure de passation et signe le marché pour le compte du CHGD. Les établissements sont pour leur part, responsables de l'exécution du marché à l'exception de la passation d'éventuels avenants.<br/>
