La tribune devra être livrée, installée et en parfait état de fonctionnement pour le 7 juillet 2028 suivant le calendrier mentionné dans le C.C.T.P. Les prestations seront réglées sur la base d’un prix global et forfaitaire. Aucune variante n’est autorisée. La consultation ne comporte pas de P.S.E.
