Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture d'une prestation de Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) pour les solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Microsoft Power BI. La prestation présente pour caractéristique de dissocier une partie " ferme ", forfaitaire, pour l'ensemble des services suivants : ï§ Diagnostic et Qualification des anomalies et évolutions applicatives ; ï§ Diagnostic et Qualification des anomalies et évolutions flux ; ï§ Administration fonctionnelle ; ï§ Gestion des droits d'accès ï§ Maintenance des applications et des flux (corrective et évolutions courantes) ; ï§ Recette d'entrée en maintenance ; Une partie à bons de commande est prévue pour les services ci-dessous : ï§ Evolutions courantes ; ï§ Projets d'Evolutions ; ï§ Assistance utilisateurs.
