Description
L'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild souhaite en effet offrir à sa patientèle un service d'accueil et de traitement téléphonique performant à un coût très compétitif, via un agent IA. L'objectif étant d'assurer un taux de réponses de qualité à 100% des appelants : afin de garantir une parfaite continuité de service, un prestataire sera retenu pour répondre à ce marché. Le titulaire devra gérer ces appels en respectant des critères de qualité. Le Titulaire retenu devra assurer un accueil personnalisé, délivrer des rendez-vous pour les patients, assurer les modifications, annulations de rendez-vous, donner toutes les informations nécessaires à l'orientation de certains appels pour les patients et assurer un suivi statistique de l'activité. Dans certains cas selon un arbre décisionnel prédéfini, il devra transférer les appels à certains services de l'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild. Le Titulaire devra respecter les directives et les modalités définies par l'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild, notamment dans le traitement des appels, modalités qui pourront être soumises à modification durant la période de validité du marché.
