Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture d'appareillages d'urgence (orthèses) pour le Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE) et le Centre Hospitalier Gabriel Deplante de Rumilly (CHGD). 2 lots sont prévus : - Lot 1 : Fourniture d'orthèses sur mesure pour fractures ostéoporotiques - Lot 2 : Fourniture d'orthèses sur mesure pour fractures non ostéoporotiques La fourniture d'orthèse comprend les étapes suivantes : - La visite de l'orthoprothésiste dans le service pour la prise de mesure - La fabrication de l'orthèse - La livraison de l'orthèse, l'essai avec le patient, avec de potentielles retouches par la suite
