Description
La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des dispositions de l'article R2124-2 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire(articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commandes (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP), décomposé en 7 lots sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum. Il concerne les fournitures d'agrégats, à savoir : graves / granulat pour enduit / sable / enrobé / Emulsion / Enrobé stockable / enrobé à froid à base de résine. Ces matériaux donneront lieu pour certains à des livraisons au dépôt de la Commune de Saint-Denis
