Description

Posten Bring/Posten Eiendom AS will build a new logistics center in Lyseparken in Bjørnafjorden municipality, gnr/bnr 18/45 etc. The properties that Posten will acquire total approx. 110 goals. 35m of the plot has been partially planned and filled in. Untouched part of the site today consists of partly mountains in the day with some bogs of varying quality, and with vegetation consisting of scattered coastal pine and mixed forest. All vegetation over 50cm is cut before starting another undertaking. The site must be excavated, blasted, filled, compacted and leveled to a given planning height. Height is initially set to +68.8 m, but this can be changed, and there can be several different planning heights. Final heights are given in the competition documents. Storm water from the area must be handled during the construction period, requirements for stationed sedimentation facilities must be maintained/looked after. Water softening and cleaning of plant water during the construction period must be taken care of. Construction, infrastructure in the ground and landscape work on the planned area are carried out in separate contracts, and are not covered by this procurement.
