Omfattning Leverantören åtar sig att till Region Värmland (regionen) leverera Förpackningsmaterial för kost för kylda måltider i enlighet med detta avtal och de upphandlingsdokument som legat till grund för den upphandling som föregått detta avtal, samt enligt de villkor som framgår av antaget anbud. Regionen kommer inte att i avtal kunna garantera viss volym. Antagen leverantör är skyldig att leverera det verkliga behovet.
