Description
Fastighetsnära insamling Syftet med upphandlingen är att uppfylla beställarens skyldighet att samla in och transportera bort förpackningsavfall från hushåll i flerbostadshus och samlokaliserade verksamheter. Hämtning av avfall som klassificeras som förpackning enligt 1 kap 4 § Förordning (2022:1274) om producentansvar för förpackningar omfattas av upphandlingen. Beställaren använder sig av definitionen av förpackningsavfall enligt 1 kap 4 § Förordning (2022:1274) om producentansvar för förpackningar. Följande förpackningsslag ska samlas in fastighetsnära: - Pappersförpackningar - Plastförpackningar - Metallförpackningar - Förpackning av ofärgat glas - Förpackning av färgat glasUnder första avtalsåret ska insamlingen av förpackningar införas hos samtliga flerbostadshus, i samråd med leverantören. Målsättningen är att vara klar första halvåret 2028. Införandet sker etappvis.
