Detta beror dels på att förekomsten av hot, bedrägerier och cyberkriminalitet ökar i omvärlden samt det nya EU-regelverket DORA som ställer ökade krav på effektiv hantering av risker och digital motståndskraft i finansbranschen. MDR står för Managed Detection and Response vilket innebär att ett säkerhetsföretag som jobbar 24/7/365 med riskövervakning, proaktivt letar sårbarheter, upptäcker faror och säkerhetsincidenter samt löser dem.
