Description
Procedura ristretta ex art. 17 del D.Lgs. 15 novembre 2011, n. 208, da aggiudicarsi al criterio del “minor prezzo”, per la stipula di un Accordo quadro in forma pubblico-amministrativa, a quantità indeterminata ai sensi del combinato disposto dell’art. 567 del D.P.R. 15 marzo 2010, n. 90 e dell’art. 15 del D.P.R. 13 marzo 2013, n. 49, di durata triennale, articolato in un unico Lotto, per un importo massimo complessivo presunto di € 4.000.000,00 IVA inclusa/non imponibile ex art. 72, comma 1 del D.P.R. n. 633/1972 in quanto destinato alla ricostituzione di scorte e/o al ripristino dell’efficienza di veicoli impiegati per conto della NATO, dell’Unione Europea e delle Nazioni Unite, per l’affidamento della fornitura di batterie qualificate di tipo militare unificato NBB 248 con tecnologia V.R.L.A.
