Description
Västtrafik vill synliggöra, samla information om och administrera bolagets personalförmåner i en förmånsportal. Förmånsportalen ska vara en tillgänglig och lättanvänd digital plattform som på ett användarvänligt sätt synliggör de förmåner Västtrafiks anställda har möjlighet att nyttja samt ge anställda information om deras lön, förmåner, erbjudanden med mera. Förmånsportalen ska hjälpa Västtrafik som arbetsgivare att visa upp värdet på samtliga ersättningar och de förmåner som är valbara för anställda.
