Adda inköpscentral har för avsikt att efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) kap 6. 14§ punkt 3 och detta meddelande om frivillig förhands insyn, ingå ramavtal med NVCR Sweden filial avseende produkten Optune med tillhörande tjänster och förbrukningsmateriel. Produkten riktar sig till regioner som behandlar patienter med glioblastom (en sorts tumör i storhjärnan). Det finns bara en leverantör på marknaden idag. Adda Inköpscentral annonserar i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap. 5 § LOU, meddelande om frivillig förhands insyn i syfte att försäkra sig om att ingen annan leverantör kan tillhandahålla likvärdig produkt. I samband med denna annons om frivillig förhands insyn träder en avtals spärr i kraft och avtal kan tecknas efter utgående avtals spärr (10 dagar).
