Herrljunga kommun och Vårgårda kommun med bolag har ett löpande behov av tjänster kopplat till företagshälsovård. Upphandlingen omfattar företagshälsovård för kommunernas samtliga verksamheter. Arbetsplatserna är geografiskt spridda inom kommunerna. HR utgör stödfunktion till cheferna och organiseras centralt och har ett nära samarbete med förvaltningarnas ledningarnas ledningsgrupper och chefer. Båda kommunerna har samma HR-funktion.
