Description

Upphandlingen omfattar företagshälsovård som en oberoende och professionell expertresurs inom arbetsmiljö, hälsa och rehabilitering. Syftet är att tillhandahålla externt stöd som bidra till uppfyllelse av UM:s verksamhets- och arbetsmiljömål. Företagshälsovården ska fungera som strategisk partner i det systematiska arbetsmiljö- och hälsoarbetet samt som samtalspartner till chefer, HR, skyddsombud och lokala fackliga organisationer. Uppdraget omfattar samtliga anställda och ska utgöra en partsgemensam resurs.
