Description
Upphandlingen avser stationstankning av fordonsgas i form av biogas (Biogas 100) till våra tunga fordon, d.v.s. fordon med totalvikt över 7,5 ton. Biogas 100 får inte vara massbalansberäknad. Biogas 100 ska vara fysisk gas.
Award criteria
- Price — Pris för Biogas 100 ska anges i SEK per kg, se avsnitt Kravspecifikation. Ett fiktivt utvärderingspris kommer att beräknas utifrån en uppskattad årlig förbrukning om 200 ton. Anbudspris = Pris per kg…
- Quality — UM använder mervärdesmodellen vid utvärderingen, vilket innebär att det totala anbudspriset fiktivt kommer att räknas av med det mervärde som erhålls. Summan som uppstår är anbudets…
