Description
Stockholms stad genom dess kommunstyrelse inbjuder, enligt de förutsättningar som anges i detta upphandlingsdokument, till anbudsgivning i upphandling av ramavtal avseende förbetalda korttjänster. Staden betalar ut ekonomiskt bistånd och andra ersättningar till mottagare som av olika skäl saknar bankkonto, giltig identitetshandling eller svenskt personnummer. Den upphandlade lösningen med förbetalda korttjänster ska möjliggöra för betalningsmottagaren att kunna få det beviljade ersättningsbeloppet utbetalt via ett kort som kan användas utan identitetshandlingar.
