Description
The contracting authority shall, on behalf of the health authorities in Helse Vest, procure food and drink products. Wholesaler goods and mineral water are exempt from this procurement. The need for bakery and confectionery products is covered through a separate procurement. The procurement shall cover the health authorities ́needs for food and drink at all hospitals and other administrative buildings. The procurement is divided into 10 sub-areas. The health authorities ́needs can be divided into the following main categoriesMeieri productsFruit Fresh juice, Meat Fish Fruit and vegetables.
