Description
Om- och tillbyggnad av Föllinge Badhus. Upphandlingen avser utförandeentreprenad för om- och tillbyggnad av Badhuset på Cederbergskolan i Föllinge. Uppdraget omfattar bl a nya ytterväggar inklusive nya fönster, gjutning av nytt bassängdäck, ny El och VVS i hela anläggningen, tillbyggnad av nytt teknikrum för ventilationsaggregat. Ny bassäng i rostfritt stål samt ny vattenrening ingår i upphandlingen som insprängda totalentreprenader. Omklädningsrum och duschutrymmen ingår ej förutom dusch för simlärare samt ny RWC. Ordinarie skolverksamhet kommer bedrivas inom fastigheten under projektets gång vilket innebär krav på samordning med verksamhet. Upphandlingen beräknas annonseras under oktober 2025 och anbudstiden kommer att vara ca 4 veckor. Byggstart är planerad att ske i december 2025. Krav på platsbesök: Ett krav i upphandlingen är att anbudslämnaren under anbudstiden genomför ett föranmält platsbesök på byggnadsområdet. Bokning av platsbesök kan göras redan nu.
