Având în vedere specificul achiziției, se va încheia un acord-cadru de servicii cu un singur operator economic, cu durata de 24 luni, pentru FITINGURI utilizate în activitatea zilnică a Apavital S.A. NOTE: 1. Numar de zile pana la care operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 21. 2. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatii suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
