Description
Formålet til denne konkurransen er å finne en egnet leverandør som kan støtte MPS i å etablere et rammeverk for kostnadsstyring av skytjenester. Det er relevant å inkludere aspekter fra flere etablerte metoder som FinOps, IT asset management, license management og green cloud. Rammeverket skal brukes av offentlige virksomheter og kommuner i norsk offentlig sektor, og har som mål å tilrettelegge verktøy og veiledning som lar dem utnytte sine skytjenester på en kostnadseffektiv og bærekraftig måte.
