Description
I en stor organisation som Linköpings kommun behövs ett finanssystem som är effektivt, användarvänligt och som är förenlig med vid var tid gällande lagstiftning. Finanssystemet ska underlätta kommunens arbetssätt till att registrera köp/försäljningar av fondandelar, rabatter, utdelningar och andra händelser. Börskurser (exempelvis SIX) bör ha koppling in i systemet för att uppdatera innehaven löpande med marknadsvärden. Data från det nuvarande systemet (TWIN) behöver migreras till det nya systemet. Ett nytt system ska ha en rapportfunktion för att visuellt visa utfall, utveckling, avkastning per tillgångsslag och andra väsentliga nyckeltal. Det ska finnas en tilläggstjänst i form av back-office. Några justeringar från föregående upphandling. Finanssystem, Ks26 2023-74. Bilaga 1. Prisformulär, förtydligat att SIX, Bloomberg eller motsvarande ska ingå i angivna priser. Klargjort vilken ersättning som utgår när kopplat till månadsavgift och option back-office. Preciserat ska-kraven i Bilaga 3. Kravspecifikation, flik Funktionella krav samt lagt till ett krav på bilaga kopplat till back-office i "Skakrav".
