Description
Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy kilpailuttaa ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS, Software as a Service) toteutettavan asiakaskokemusta mittaavan ohjelmiston sisältäen toimitus-, asennus-, tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä näihin liittyvät muut palvelut. Kyseessä on Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy:n ja yhden Palveluntuottajan välinen sopimus. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen ja voimassa 36kk. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.
