Fiksne ANPR kamere za očitovanje registarskih pločica s pripadajućom opremom za fiksno postavljanje i mogućnošću očitovanja registarskih pločica na dvije prometne trake istovremeno u istom smjeru kretanja vozila i pripadajuće računalo za prijenos podataka u Nacionalni informacijski sustav za upravljanje državnom granicom koja će biti povezana s ANPR kamerama i opremom. 5 ANPR kamera je potrebno sa pripadajućim računalima (5 komada) na kojima će se nalaziti licence za prepoznavanje registarskih pločica. 5 ANPR kamera s ugrađenim licencama u kamere, a za koje kamere nisu potrebna dodatna računala.
