Description
Upphandlingen avser beställarens behov av bröd/frallor, smörgåstårtor, sallader, konditorivaror, tårtor mm. Leverantören ska ha ett sortiment som minst omfattar färskt bröd/frallor, torra och mjuka kakor samt bakelser/tårtor. Det är önskvärt att leverantören även kan täcka beställarens behov av färdiga sallader, färdiga smörgåsar med pålägg och smörgåstårtor. Leverantören ska kunna erbjuda alternativ för specialkost (gluten-/laktos-/mjölkprotein-/socker-/nötfritt med flera) Leverantören ska kunna erbjuda upphämtning/leverans enligt något av följande alternativ. Alternativ 1: Endast butik med upphämtning av varor Alternativ 2: Endast utkörning av varor (med förnybart drivmedel) mot fast avgift Alternativ 3: Både butik med avhämtning av varor och utkörning av varor (med förnybart drivmedel) mot fast avgift För leverantörens kännedom har beställaren även intern catering via kostenheten där liknande varor kan komma att införskaffas. Beställaren uppskattar den totala inköpsvolymen per år till 1 200 000 SEK.
