Ziel des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens war die Vergabe von Leistungen des Facility Managements sowie Facility Services bzw. der Abschluss einer „Rahmenvereinbarung über Facility Management und Facility Services für weitere Objekte der FH Campus Wien“ (kurz „Rahmenvereinbarung“) mit drei RV-PartnerInnen. Unmittelbar mit Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung erfolgte der Erstabruf, indem dem im Vergabeverfahren an die erste Stelle gereihten Bieter der Zuschlag zum Abschluss des "Vertrags über Facility Management und Facility Services für das House of Health Sciences“ (kurz „Leistungsvertrag“) erteilt wurde.
