Description
Finnmark county invites tenderers to a competition for ferry operations in Finnmark. The procurement is regulated by the Occupational Transport Act with the accompanying regulations, the Procurement Act (17 June 2016 no. 73) and the procurement regulations (12 August 2016 no. 974) parts I and III. The competition will be held as an open tender contest. The competition comprises five connections, which are grouped into three ferry packages with the following operational period: Ferry package 1 - 1 January 2026 - 30 September 2035 Hasvik – Øksfjord Ferry package 2 - 1 January 2026 - 31 May 2035 Korsfjord - Nyvoll Klokkarøy – Kjerringholmen Ferry package 3 - 1 January 2026 - 30 September 2030 Øksfjord – Tverrfjord Sør-Tverrfjord – Bergsfjord – Øksfjord The Contracting Authority announces the ferry packages as three sub-competitions. Tenders can be submitted for one or more ferry packages. Tenderers who submit a tender for all three ferry packages can, in addition, submit a combined and pre-requisite price discounted tender offer on all sub-contracts as a whole.
