Tief- und Landschaftsbau, Straßen- und Oberflächenwiederherstellung, Kampfmittelbegleitung, Verkehrssicherung Die Gothaer Stadtwerke ENERGIE GmbH möchte ihr Fernwärmenetz in 3 Wohnquartieren in Gotha erweitern. Die Erschließung umfasst die Quartiere Bahnhofstraße, südliche Seebergstraße und die Straße der Einheit inkl. anliegender Straßen. Das Bahnhofsquartier soll mit einem Zweileitersystem aus Kunststoffmantelrohr DN200/400 ca. 450Tm erschlossen werden. Hierbei wird auf einen vorverlegten Abzweig aus der Mozartstraße aufgebunden und die Bahnhofstraße über einen vorhandenen Düker im Stahlschutzrohr mit Rohreinzug gequert. Es ist zu beachten, dass das Bahnhofsquartier z. T. unter Denkmalschutz steht. Das Quartier Straße der Einheit, welches neben den Gebäuden der Straße der Einheit auch Gebäude in der Reyherstraße und Enckestraße mit erschließen soll, wird über ein Zweileitersystem aus Kunststoffmantelrohr in den Dimensionen DN125/280 ca. 600Tm angebunden. Der Anbindepunkt befindet sich in der Reyherstraße auf Höhe der Schule.
