Description
Detta ramavtal avser att genomföra olika typer av värderingar inom fastighetssegmentet. Uppdragen ska utföras inom Täby kommun och ske på uppdrag av kommunen och kommunens helägda fastighetsbolag Täby Fastighets AB. Uppdragen kan utgöras av fastighetsvärderingar i samband med fastighetsförsäljningar och förvärv, tomträttsavgälder, friköp av tomträtter, bedömning av arrendenivåer, nyttjanderätts- och servitutsupplåtelser, fastighetsbildningsärenden, byggrätter etc. Även hyresutredningar och bedömning av hyresnivåer kan komma att avropas. Uppdragen ska ske mot rörligt eller fast pris som överenskommes för varje specifikt värderingsuppdrag. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att upphandla vissa större uppdrag genom separata avtal. Uppskattat värde för ramavtalet uppgår till ca 750 000 kronor per år. Beställaren har ensam rätt att avgöra omfattning och tidpunkt för avrop. Se förfrågningsunderlaget för detaljer.
