Description

Underhållsarbeten samt mindre entreprenader inom kategorin, Takarbeten inklusive takskottning. Se Bilaga 1 Teknisk beskrivning Tak. Arbeten kan omfatta planerat och oplanerat underhåll. Entreprenadform är totalentreprenad för löpande underhåll och reparationer samt statusbesiktning vid behov. Ramavtalad nummer ett (1) ska utföra rengöring av tak, stuprör, silar och hängrännor en gång på hösten efter lövfällning och innan frostperioden börjar. Ramavtalad nummer ett (1) ska utföra takskottning med jour och beredskap.
