Upphandlingen avser fastighetsunderhåll, reparationsarbeten och om- och tillbyggnad av kommunernas och bolagens fastigheter och i vissa fall förhyrda fastigheter inom fackområde Elarbeten för successiva avrop under avtalstiden. Anbud kan lämnas inom följande två (2) anbudsområden: Bolagens geografiska område (Centrumbostäder i Skara AB, AB GöteneBostäder, Götene Vatten & Värme AB) och Skaras geografiska område (Götene och Skara kommuns fastigheter)
