Description
AB Ronnebyhus upphandlar ett etablerat, molnbaserat fastighetssystem för bolagets centrala verksamhetsprocesser. Uppdraget omfattar införande, migrering från Incit Xpand, kritiska integrationer, utbildning, drift, support, underhåll, förvaltning och ordinarie exit. Systemet ska bland annat stödja uthyrning, kundkommunikation och digital självservice, felanmälan och ärendehantering, besiktning, underhåll och teknisk förvaltning, hyresadministration och ekonomi samt rapportering och uppföljning.
