Inför att Aareon kommer avveckla systemet Incit Xpand som nyttjas av verksamheterna Fastighet samt Städ och verksamhetsservice behöver nytt IT-stöd anskaffas. Systemet som efterfrågas ska bland annat hantera grundläggande fastighetsdata, inklusive Facility management system (FMS), Property management system (PMS), Customer relation system (CRM) och Business Intelligence (BI).
