Description
Mora kommun söker ett fastighetssystem som ska uppfylla målsättningen att få ett nytt verksamhetsstöd som hjälper verksamheten att på ett strukturerat och effektivt sätt förvalta fastigheter. Att samla information om ett objekt på ett och samma ställe, skapa överblick, kontroll och ordning och reda. Systemet ska vara en väletablerad standardprodukt som tillhandahålls som en molntjänst med regelbundna uppdateringar. Upphandlingen omfattar även helhetsåtagande för införandeprojekt, utbildning samt support och underhåll. Avtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) Leverantör. Beställares avsikt är att skriva ett avtal som kommer att löpa i fyra (4) år, med möjlighet för Beställare att förlänga Avtalet i tre (3) + tre (3) + två (2) år med en total avtalstid på tolv (12) år.
