Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ombyggnad av Farsta Brandstationen. Entreprenadformen är utförandeentreprenad upphandlad som en generalentreprenad. För vissa delar kommer dock entreprenören att ha ett projekterings- och funktionsansvar. Byggnaden har uppnått sin tekniska livslängd och är i stort behov av en större byggnadsteknisk upprustning samt utbyte av samtliga tekniska installationer. I entreprenaden ingår även en mindre tillbyggnad av ett trapphus. För att verksamheten ska kunna fungera under ombyggnadstiden ingår det i entreprenaden att uppföra en tillfällig brandstation av moduler och tält på gården i anslutning till stationen. Även av-etablering av den tillfälliga brandstationen samt återställning av mark ingår. Upphandlingen har annonserats tidigare. Översiktlig beskrivning av gjorda ändringar framgår i Administrativa föreskrifter AFC.1.
