Inköp av Färskt Bröd för Region Skåne med leverans till produktionsköken i Kristianstad, Ängelholm, Patienthotellet i Lund och livsmedelsförsörjningen på SUS Malmö och Lund, Hässleholm och Helsingborg. Upphandlingen avser även kaffebröd till livsmedelsförsörjningen SUS Malmö & Lund och Helsingborg. Det är tre delområden och de utvärderas separat.
