Description
Staffanstorps kommun har ansvar för färdtjänstresor, skolskjuts med mindre fordon andra persontransporter vilka utförs som anropsstyrd trafik med upphandlade Transportörer. Kommunen kommer sluta avtal med Transportörer/ Anbudsgivare om utförande av anropsstyrda transporter. Upphandlingen avser personbilar för minst fyra (4) sittande resenärer samt specialfordon för minst två (2) rullstolsresenärer och fyra (4) sittande resenärer. Efter genomförd upphandling ingås kontrakt mellan Kommunen och respektive anbudsgivare som tilldelats kontrakt. Därefter överlåter Kommunen förvaltningen av det ingångna avtalet till separat upphandlad beställningscentral, det vill säga Kommunen är avtalspart men avtalen förvaltas av Beställningscentralen. Om Kommunens avtal med Beställningscentralen upphör, kommer förvaltningen av transportörsavtalen att överlåtas till Kommunen eller annan leverantör av Beställningscentral.
