Description

The EU-funded FAIRway Danube II project aims to test an additional approach to efficient river management. The lot concerning Croatia (Lot 1) had to be revoked on 4 June 2025 based on Section 149 para 1 no 2 and 4 Austrian Public Procurement Act (BVergG). --- Das von der EU finanzierte Projekt FAIRway Danube II zielt darauf ab, einen zusätzlichen Ansatz für ein effizientes Flussmanagement zu testen. Das Los für Kroatien (Los 1) musste am 4. Juni 2025 gemäß § 149 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 und 4 Bundesvergabegesetz (BVergG) widerrufen werden.
