Description
Aufgrund der steigenden Stückzahlen der Fahrmotoren ist die Anschaffung einer zusätzlichen Wasch- und Vakuumtrocknungsanlage notwendig. Die Durchlaufzeit bei der anstehenden City Jet Serie (IW7) von 5 Tagen ist mit der Bestandsanlage nicht halten. Zwischenzeitlich wurde die Lagerwaschmaschine adaptiert, so dass in dieser auch Statoren gewaschen werden können. Es handelt hierbei um eine Notlösung, da dort auch fettige Kleinteile gewaschen werden. Durch Umstellung des Waschmittels, Öfteren Wasserwechsel, Bau einer Vorrichtung und einer neuen Programmierung ist das möglich. Das heißt: die Wicklung wird innen sauber, jedoch bei der Außenseite des Stators und den Kleinteilen tritt eine Verschlechterung des Waschergebnisses auf.
