Participation requirements
- A tenderer convicted by final judgment for the following offences shall be excluded from participating in the procurement procedure.
- The tenderer shall not be delinquent in paying public dues, such as taxes, VAT and pension dues.
- The tenderer shall have a positive equity ratio 10%.
