Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert na pozycje w ramach pakietów. Zamawiający określił szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki bezwzględnie wymagane, które muszą zostać spełnione przez oferowany przedmiot zamówienia w treści załącznika nr 2 oraz we wzorze umowy - załącznik 7.
