Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych wraz z dzierżawą urządzenia do terapeutycznego leczenia ran dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 2 do niniejszego SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje 1 pakiet. Oferta musi obejmować całość zamówienia, dla swojej ważności w danym pakiecie musi być złożona na wszystkie pozycje. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert na pozycje w ramach pakietów.
