Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB) bjuder in till extern remiss inför upphandling av licenspartner. Genom den externa remisser är MSB:s ambition att skapa förutsättningar för en god affär och ger MSB möjlighet att på ett tidigt stadium undanröja eventuellt konkurrensbegränsande och/eller icke marknadsanpassade krav inför ett kommande upphandling.
