Description
This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ") has been prepared for the purpose of providing certain information to agencies ("candidates") who wish to prequalify for the competitive dialogue procurement process in relation to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (“the client’s”) requirements for energy performance contracting services and in relation to the tender process being followed for the procurement of such services. In no circumstances will the client or its advisers, consultants, contractors, servants and/or agents incur any liability or responsibility arising out of or in respect of the issue of this PQQ.
