Description

Le contrat sous la forme de sous-traité d'exploitation, a eu pour objet de confier au candidat retenu l'exploitation d'une activité de service public liée aux bains de mer et d'un chalet Lot 6. La procédure est encadrée notamment par les articles L.1411-1 et suivants, et R.1411-1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, l'ordonnance n° 2016-65 du 29 janvier 2016 et son décret d’application n° 2016-86 du 1er février 2016 en vigueur à la date du lancement de la procédure.
