La présente consultation concerne l'exploitation et la maintenance des installations techniques des bâtiments de Thionville Fensch Agglomération (38 sites) et notamment : -Les installations thermiques en vue d'assurer la production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire ; -Les installations de traitement d'eau ; -Les installations de traitement d'air et de climatisation ; -Des installations électriques en locaux techniques liées aux éléments ci-dessus. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix globaux, forfaitaires et unitaires
