Description

Introduction The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (the agency) intends to award a framework agreement through a negotiated procedure without prior publication, in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 14, Point 2 of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU), as competition is absent for technical reasons and there is no reasonable alternative. The agency informs about its intention through a notice in accordance with Chapter 10, Section 5 of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU). The purpose of this notice is to provide transparency regarding the contracting authority's intention and to allow for any potential economic operators to submit observations before the contract is concluded. The agency intends to sign the framework agreement with the Research Foundation of the City University of New York on behalf of the National Network for Safe Communities at John Jay College after the expiry of the voluntary standstill period of 10 days.
