Implementation, project management and provision of technical advisory services associated with delivery of a roadmap to mitigate the impact of barriers to multi-species fish migration in the Lower Shannon catchment to measurably improve multi-species fish migration over an estimated 5-year period. Required deliverables are: i. Inception report ii. Design of a New Multi-species Fish Pass at Parteen Weir iii. Environmental Flow Study Programme iv. Tailrace Barrier Feasibility Study v. Downstream Fish Passage Feasibility Study vi. A new multi-species Fish Pass Feasibility Study at Ardnacrusha vii. Proposal of an integrated solution viii. A Lower River Shannon Management Plan
