Description
Upphandlingen avser tjänster inom Executive Coaching för strategiska chefer i AP7:s verksamhet. Tjänsterna omfattar bland annat: • målstyrd utveckling av strategiskt ledarskap, • stöd i svåra ledarskapssituationer, • metodstöd för att stärka organisatorisk robusthet, • kontinuerlig reflektion, uppföljning och förfining av arbetssätt. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett selektivt förfarande enligt 6 kap. LOU.
Award criteria
- Price — Anbudsgivaren ska lämna pris enligt följande: Timpris för offererad huvudkonsult (obligatorisk och utvärderas)
- Quality — Syftet med caset är att utvärdera den offererade konsultens analysförmåga, metodik, professionella omdöme och förmåga att hantera komplexa ledarskapssituationer.
